The only reason I got this hotel was that it was one of the cheaper ones near the grand canyon. I guess I got what I paid for. Stale, WEEK old muffins, nasty ass cereal I wouldn't eat myself let alone feed to my animals (not that I had any stay at this hotel since it is NOT animal friendly).. was breakfast. Also make your own waffles, disgusting coffee and even worse was the artificial sh*t they called orange juice. They gave us a room right by the staircase.. ALSO they do NOT have an elevator so good luck carrying all your luggage up to the second floor. The room we had was awful, I could hear everyone going up and down the stairs at wonderfully random times from midnight till the morning. And there was no vacancy (surprisingly) so we couldn't change our room. Also they have a wonderfully loud train that comes by from 2 am to 3 am, so no need to set your alarms. The towels were stained and the shower and toilet were separated from the sink. No trash bin could be found where the toilet was surprisingly. Overall I would say you get what you pay for so if you are okay with a crummy hotel, by all means stay here.

Functional, at best. I don’t stay in fancy hotel, I’m an average person - but even this place felt like it really could use some help. The hallways stank and the carpets looks disgusting. The front door of the lobby needed repair and the whole place is long overdue for new carpets and probably new a lot of things. The staff was great though, friendly and very helpful. But I think I would pay those Grand Canyon prices and go somewhere nicer next time I’m in Williams. If you’re on a budget though, this place will do the basic job of giving you a place to sleep, within walking distance of historic Route 66 in Williams, super fun on a Friday evening!

The security to the buildings was non existent. All the doors to the buildings had duck tape on them so that they couldn’t latch shut. You didn’t need to use your room card to swipe in at all. Anyone off the street could gain access to the buildings at anytime. When I told the front desk about it they said they’d let management know. Nothing was ever done! It was obvious when looking at the door latches this was nothing new, lots of residue from previous tape surrounded the area.

Stay closer to the Grand Canyon. It's more than one hour to get there from Williams. AZ.

Very quiet and comfortable

We were welcomed and given helpful information. I did not get the name of the lady who checked us in , but she was kind and efficient. It happened to hail that day and it was wonderful to jump into the hot tub.

Wonderful stay, great staff, clean room

Pros: It was very close to all of the attractions we were planning to attend and was clean! the rooms were large enough, clean and nicely decorated
Cons: Please get better coffee! It was weak, there was not enough of it for one person let alone 3 coffee drinkers! thankful for the free breakfast coffee!
The day before our stay we called to verify they found our request for handicap accessible rooms and if we could get an adjoining room for the rest of our family staying with us. They not only provided us with all these requests the access to the room was perfect for my handicap dad. The rooms were clean, stocked with plenty of towels and nicely decorated! I will highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again if I ever go to Williams again! Breakfast was sparse but what do you expect for continental breakfast and it being free. Coffee in room was not good but the coffee in breakfast dining room saved the day!
