Didn't like the idea of no close parking to the rooms for handicap. Maybe a golf cart or something like that would help. My mom was miserable by the time we made it to our room. Other than that.. amazing place & scenery

Not happy with having a $10 per night fee to park car on the lot. I would have used the valet parking. And the restaurant was pricey.

All beachfront parking areas inside Gulf State Park are paid lots, with The Lodge being one of them. Although there is a charge for parking, you will be pleased to know The Lodge does not have any hotel fees, like the majority of hotels charge their guests. Thank you for your additional feedback about the delicious dining outlets. Our restaurants use locally sourced ingredients supplied by local fishermen, farmers, and suppliers, who provide organic ingredients that have not been exposed to a lot of chemicals. In turn, our restaurants prices reflect the quality of the ingredients that we use. Hopefully with these new insights you will join us again with a new perspective and appreciation for our unique hotel aimed to provide you with unforgettable service while giving back to the preservation of your State Parks and Gulf.

Great location, friendly staff & service, good restaurants. Parking is one of it's only downfalls. Highly recommend valet parking.

Did not care for the resturants. Didn't realize they don't service your room unless requested. We called on Tues night for Wed. Spent Wed in Pensacola got in that night our room had not been attended to. Had to call again for towels,toilet tissue,coffee and they never did service our room. We were there six days.
