The room next to mines were extremely noise with music and children playing around all night long. Also no TV service the whole time I was there.

We were told that breakfast Saturday morning was at 7am. This was actually a huge reason we were staying at this particular hotel because we had an event to be at 7:40am that was 5 minutes away. Saturday morning at 7:00 am we went to the dining area only be told oh sorry it’s not until 7:30am. There were many people already there waiting and everyone had been told the day before at check in that it was 7:00am. Not knowing the area to k ow where we could grab a quick breakfast we has to go to the snack area and pay way too much for a junk food breakfast. Another issue we had is when we arrived at our room and upon opening one of the drawers there was a rotting orange in there. This was disappointing to see that the room hadn’t been fully checked. The only bright side of employee interactions was the wonderful lady at the free bar during the evening. She was nice, energetic, and the only positive employee interaction we had.
