Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very nice and professional. The only issues I had was that the room smelled like urine. Staff was very apologetic about this issues and I was given air freshener. I sprayed it the 1st day heavily and closed the door. When I came back the smell was better but not gone. Day 3 it was back even stronger. The staff said they could have maintenance come with a fogger machine to see if that would help. I felt like it wouldn’t help the situation so I declined. I was offered to move to another room but I declined that as well. I didn’t want to waste my time moving after I bumped into another guest and she said that she was moved and every room she was put in still had that smell. So I thought why do I want to repack everything just to smell the urine in a new room. However, I really enjoyed myself and I would stay at another Holiday Inn.

I woke up covered in ants and the staff refused to do anything about it. Very uncomfortable for the rest of my stay.
