The girl working the front desk needs a raise for being not only the front desk help but the housekeeper as well she definitely wears many hats and was dealing with alot but she was always polite and helpful. My family was excited to stay here as it was new and prided itself on cleanliness that however is a lie. Our room was clearly not cleaned food crumbs in the bed and all the floors someone’s used pool float in our bathroom. After only about 30 mins of my toddler walking in the floor her feet were completely black. We ended up leaving after finally speaking with the rude manager to get our money back. Not worth it I’d pick somewhere else to stay if your in Hays.

Hi there- I broke family plans to speak to you at 9pm on Sat night and gave you a full cash refund. Upon checking the room at check out, my housekeepers filmed the room to inspect as this was a complaint taken seriously. The beds were not even turned down. I am not sure what else I can offer you other then my personal time and full refund which both I happily extended to an unsatisfied customer. Safe Travels

This is a very clean hotel. Beds were comfortable. Amenities were perfect for just needing a place to sleep. Staff was friendly.

This was our 2nd stay at this new hotel since it’s opening. The staff was over the top friendly and led by the GM Ron. He was very hospitable and attentive not only to us as guest but to the employees. We will be back next month and look forward to seeing Ron and the team again.
