Unusually large room was nice. Beds were notably uncomfortable (hard). Bedding was much too warm - as is the case with many motels. We were trying to sleep indoors, not outside in 50 degree weather.

We opened up the sofa bed and there was a dirty sheet on the mattress… had a cheezit on the mattress so i know it was a used sheet. Also found several beer bottle caps on floor near the sofa. Our grandchild put it in his mouth. We asked for fresh towels on second day and no one gave us any. The front desk staff was always polite and kind.

Hotel very nice. Had too wait about 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. Not good after being on the road for 11 hrs. Then there wasn’t any luggage carts available. Had to wait another 10 min for someone to bring one back. The young man who checked us in was very nice but he had no help and not enough luggage carts
