Pine River Cabin is a rustic ranch log home on a catch and release fishing river. Two bedrooms, one king and a queen with the en suite bathroom with a tub. The guest bathroom has a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have TV's. Each bedroom on each side of the home. A third space with 2 bunk beds for children. Adults would not be comfortable in this room, no closet or TV. Living area in the middle of the home with a sofa, recliner and glider rocker. The fully furnished kitchen and dinning room are towards the front of the home at the front door entrance. Since the kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher, we provide dish soap and trash bags. Front loader stackable washer and dryer available. Trash pickup service comes with the home . Wood burning fireplace. Many rocking chairs around on the balcony to enjoy the beauty of the wooded area and the river front views.

Christmas Vacation Getaway
This house / cabin was absolutely perfect! We absolutely loved it. It was the perfect setting for our family Christmas getaway. It was very clean and exceptionally comfortable and very cozy. The back porch over looking the river was our favorite place - even on rainy days. Karen was incredibly helpful with anything that we needed. We will definitely stay here again. We are all in agreement that we want to stay here again next December for our next family Christmas vacation. This was a perfect place to getaway! Michele Wingett

Most Relaxing Girls Trip
We wanted to go visit Helen Georgia. We stayed at this cute cabin. It was nicely furnished and it was in a quiet area. We didn’t want to leave it was so relaxing. If you are looking for a quiet get away this cabin is a definite charmer. We have decided to make this an annual trip.

Creekside bliss
The property was perfect for two families to stay with some privacy. My cousin and her husband stayed in master and had their own private bathroom. Had all you needed to make at meal or to warm up leftovers. The porch overlooking the creek was very relaxing. We felt very safe, even after my cousins had to leave early Neighborhood was very quiet and close to hiawassee. Would definitely stay again.

River cabin in a quiet neighborhood
Beautiful older model cabin home in a very quiet elevated river neighborhood. Communicating with the property manager by text (per instructions) went without reply, but once we called, check-in was easy. Property was clean and bed was extremely comfortable. River was gorgeous and the sound was peaceful. Only issue besides the initial communication was the bathrooms were uncomfortable. Small, odd walk-in shower and small toilets. There are also a step up at the ftont and back door that does not have any lights. An older person might have a problem with that. These small issues were not worthy of deducting a star. Overall a Five star property that id stay in again.

Charming property accurately pictured
The property was as described. One minor access glitch handled promptly. River at the time of our stay (Oct) was more like a crystal clear brook. Not a property issue but personal issue. Master bed as pictured is 32" high. At 4'10", I was able to access bed with a 2-step ladder that had the lower step at 8". Likewise, the rise at the back porch door is 9", so I used a 6" folding step to make entry & exit easier. This probably would not be an issue for most people. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect distance to anything you want in Hiawassee or surrounding area
Nice home, large, nicely furnished, loveeee the wraparound porch and rockers. We didn’t realize it was actually in a neighborhood, but wasn’t an issue.Very quiet and comfortable. We attended concerts at fairgrounds and was conveniently located

Sweet getaway
Great stay. Messy weather. Went fishing with older brother (we're both aging) easy to get to. As with all rivers watch your step. We both caught fish after a learning curve. Huge porch. Washer and dryer a nice plus. Great stay!
