The building is older and the rooms are basic, but the rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, the showers upgraded, and the staff very friendly. Yes, it's a bit of a drive to Jasper NP but most hotels are (unless you're staying in Jasper, in which case you'll be spending considerably more for a hotel room).

So much more~

Pros: Spacious rooms, fabulous rain shower!
Cons: entry way is not fabulous so entering the room is a wonderful surprise!
Location: only spent the night- but a nice drive and more reasonable than Jasper!
We were so very pleased with our stay~ from the lovely landscaping (well done!) to the friendly staff and the very clean, spacious and comfy room. It was so much nicer than we anticipated! A very pleasant stay!
