Pleasantly surprised. Very decent breakfast, inside pool and jacuzzi worked, room clean and quiet and comfortable. Very nice staff. We walked the mile or so to downtown Saugatuck easily, saving having to find parking in town. There isn't a great view since this isn't by the river, but it's a convenient place to stay and cheaper than anything else we found.

We had a convenient and seamless check-in. Accommodations were clean and everything was in working order. Linens were fresh and staff was helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly. Breakfast was fabulous. Whole place was very clean. Room was huge and very well laid out and clean.

The bed covers smelled awful on both beds. Had to remove them to sleep. Everything else was just fine.
