The room was filthy. Had to switch rooms. The beds were clean at least. The teenager who helped me switch rooms was a total witch. Like I was interrupting her doing nothing. Not like a Hilton is run. No other Hilton I’ve been to has been horrific as this. Manager gave me some Hilton Points.

The room was not very clean at all. There seemed to be water damage on multiple walls in our room also. Not much to review, I would not go back.

Very quiet, not busy had to wait for the hot water to come to shower, heat wasn’t working in our first room, switched rooms

Was not given the room type we booked. Staff did not care. Water pressure was non existent. Stairwell was dirty and smelled horrible.
