Old outdated looking hotel, a very unkept looking appearance upon arrival. Small hotel as well. Upon arrival pool and jacuzzi were closed while staying there, very disappointing, as this was one reason we’ve chose this hotel. Very limited small parking lot. Not a great location. Room was just ok, smelled mildewy upon entering. Top bedding on one of the beds had a questionable stain on it. Toilet ran continuously unless you jiggled the handle, low supply of facial tissue in bathroom. Side entry door worked intermittently, sometimes would not open with key card, which would have been more convenient and closer to our room than the front door. Customers were waiting in line for food and complaining to staff about lack of breakfast for quite some time. Continental breakfast ran out of food at 9:30. Staff replenished initially with frozen scones and waffles, but staff was working super hard well after closing of scheduled breakfast time of 10 am and finally replenished everything it seems after everyone left the dining area. Lack of staff at front desk during our stay. Overall, this hotel was way overpriced for what we received/paid for. We love Marriott hotels, but will not return to this particular location in the future.

Very clean and nice hotel. I would definitely stay here again. My only issue was on the Travelocity side. I had tried to change the type of room a few days prior to traveling and was unable to do so. The “help” system was unable to make the change. I’ve made this change in the past, so unsure what the issue was. Other than that, hotel itself ,staff and services were very good.

we stay here often as our mom lives in Holland and were from Clarkston, MI. always quiet and the staff is very nice. clean room and linens also.

The hostess was aaextrememly polite and helpful, but the ROOM was smoky, with an awful smell. I developed an incredible headache within a few moments of being in the room. The bedding smelled fresh, but the smoky smell permeated the walls, the bathroom, the couch.

The standard King room was laid out well. Unfortunately the pool was closed and also upon check-in we were informed no hot breakfast.

The rooms were outdated. When booking they should post what amenities will not be available such as pool and whirlpool. I asked question about final bill and front desk clerk seemed annoyed that she had to look up.
