Newer, no frills place

If you are looking for a reasonable price and a kitchenette but can forgo having amenities like breakfast, pool, hot tub, lobby, and Elevator this is right for you. It may have been the specific room but it felt like lots of extra space that didn't seem well utilized.

I loved having a kitchenette! This location was convenient for my snowshoe adventures as well. The Maasto Hiihto and Chassel trail systems are an easy drive from here and both excellent venues.

The location was good and the cost was reasonable. A good place to stay without many frills. I liked the full sized refrigerator and the kitchenette. Will definitely consider this place for our next stay in Houghton.

Didnt know there was no maid service. The key from the app didnt work-had to wait for an employee to let us in. The tub is incredibly slippery!! This needs to be addressed. No coffee or water in the lobby. Clean rooms, but overall not impressed
