We have stayed at this Best Western for years no when we visit family in Kalamazoo. I think the service and amenities have slipped quite a bit. They no longer make up your room each day, there was no acknowledgement that we were BW members and lobby/hall/elevator floors were wet from the pool area.I believe shortcuts have been taken to squeeze out maximum profits. The rooms were more expensive and there were no package deals.

Nice room, cleanliness is there, sofa bed had a stain on the bed when we opened it up. So the kid had to sleep on a “loveseat”.

The gentleman at the counter was beyomd rude, the guest in the lobby was openly watching porn on the computer. The water was luke warm at best. The bed had a plastic sheet on it.. over all... -6

The property was secluded, not far from the interstate, easy to find, but couldn't hear the interstate traffic. Pool and hot tub were nice. The room was clean, just a tad dated.
