Convenient location but the hotel was noisy and seemed to be overcrowded. The room was ok. The check-in was fast and easy and the room was clean.

Prior to booking I did quite a bit of research and clearly got this hotel mixed up with the Holiday Inn across the parking lot, because this property was very dirty and not maintained daily at all. I believe the property across the parking lot is newer and i'm hoping cleaner, I had to purchase disinfectant spray and wipes, there was muddy boot prints all over the bathroom floor and dirty hand sprints on all door frames, even tape left on the wall which clearly holding a banner of some sort. We did have to request new bedding because of the stains all over it and smelled of perfume/cologne. The staff was very nice and helpful but the daily upkeep of the hotel is clearly not a priority, very disappointing for a Holiday Inn property.

Everything about our stay was frustrating. The entire floor smelled of weed and there was non stop partying and fighting in the hallways.

Loved that it is a new hotel with high end finishes and electronics' accessibilty. However, the pool was dirty and cloudy. It looked unsanitary, so we decided against swimming. Our bathroom was also dirty. Floors were not clean, no soap in bathroom, and it still had drywall dust from when they opened a year old ago along the floor baseboards. Although i reported my concerns about the cleaniness, no one seemed to actually be concerned and no compensation was given. Unfortunate, as the location and overall esthetics are great.
