It has a cigarette smell all over. Shower curtains need either replacement or a good washing. The chair in the room had a disgusting stain, the desk chair was broken. Breakfast was ok.

The sheets were stained. The television didn’t work and the whole hotel smelled like weed.

Cheap and decent place to stay for the night before a softball tournament. Not the cleanest, but not the dirtiest either. Did not use the pool or free breakfast due to time constraints we had. Would stay here again if we had to. All other properties in the area were sold out or several hundreds of $$ more.

rooms and furniture need updated and freshened up. could use newer towels. the breakast was not as advertised. the toilet was loose. the location was great. the shower was great. the beds were ok.

Hotel experience was OK

Cons: update rooms.
The staff was nice enough, when they were at the front desk. The hotel needs some major updating. Old TV's, old paint, there were some chips in the tile in the bathroom. There was hair in the bathtub. The toliet paper was just about empty, but luckly there was another roll available. It was an OK room for a very cheap price.

This hotel was nice and convenient to our needs.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: hvac could use some work
The staff made us feel very welcome. The front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and well as welcoming. They were very accomodating and was able to quiet other guests children at an appropriate time as we had a very early flight the following morning. The housekeeping staff was friendly , proficient and hlepful. They gave us extra coffee in our room and were so nice in assisting us. The room was comfortable and quiet. The only problem we had was keeping the heat and air regulated in the room.

An OK to poor place

Had a few issues which were not necessary if the staff had been traned properly. They did make it right after we complained. Breakfast was exactly the same every day.

Clean and comfortable

Very friendly service at the front desk and from cleaning staff, very neat and clean and up to date, beds were comfortable. Liked having refrigerator, microwave and cable TV in room. Good location in regards to the Expo Center and very enjoyable place to stay.
