The rooms had been remodeled and was decent. The hallway had a bad smell. The room had good amenities but it needed to be deep cleaned. Check out day was not so good we were hassled from 10:00 until we left the room. A lady knocked on the door to see if we were gone, a few minutes later the front desk called to remind us check out was 11:00 then another lady knocked on the door! We walked out of the door exactly 11:00am! For that reason I will not stay again! Our room was paid for when we checked in there was no reason for the harassment to be out before 11:00am!

So sorry you had to take your headphones off and do your job which is to check us in!!! Only words spoken to us is “I.D.” What the hell is wrong with people. This morning almost got ran over by laundry cart ... no excuse me or sorry!! The only plus side was the price, guess you have to pay more for friendly staff!! This is the first time I’ve ever given a bad review!

Dissapointed breakfast

I stayed in room 411 room was great. the only negitive is in the halls and elavator it was 90 degrees very hot for inside the hotel and the breakfast was embarrassing cold cearal and waffle and the waffle batter was watered down very dissapointing

Clean, inexpensive. Would stay again.

We were in town to visit my wife's family for a reunion and there was no space for us to stay with them. We got this place last minute, mostly based on price. When I got there it was late, and the woman working 3rd shift was so sweet and friendly, with a great smile. Got up to the room and everything was clean and just as it should be. Aside from the fact that it's extended stay and there was a full fridge and dishes, range and cookware (which was nice and clean), it was no frills. This is well taken care of place and we had no complaints especially for the price.

Dirty, smelly, not maintained.

Pros: close to kansas speedway
Cons: dirty, smelly, poor service, room not maintained
Room was dirty and not well maintained. Light bulbs were burnt out, garbage was left in room so the room stunk. Towels we used were not replaced with fresh ones each day and beds not made. The only good thing--it was close to the race track.

Great location for our trip. Would recommend this location.

Pros: Close restaurants
Bed was great! Pillow-top mattress and high count sheets. Glad I took my hairdryer, but definitely a great value.

For a weekend, good value.

Pros: Quiet
The hotel is in a business park but was nice and quiet on the weekend. It's geared for longer term guests than overnight, so no ice bucket in the room. Ice machine wasn't working properly either.
