          Playa Vista Beachfront is gated and located in the exclusive Lower Hermosa neighborhood and on a quiet cul-de-sac. Enter the property and be greeted by a sunny interior courtyard with a swimming pool, spa, and lounges. There is a built-in outdoor grill for cooking your favorite meals and a dining table for poolside lunches.

          From the courtyard, you will enter the home through a foyer and into the great room with a 15′ open-beamed ceiling.           House was very clean upon arrival, and contained all the amenities we needed for an extended stay. Jacuzzi was hot, pool was refreshing, and the beach location was absolutely perfect. We saw seals and dolphins, sunsets and stars. Fantastic!

          Excellent property, loaded with amenities, and. perfect location. Bonus? Hotel style white bedding and super comfortable mattresses. Pool has child fencing if necessary. Path to beach is also childproof. Furnishings are comfortable as well as stylish. Easy to care for kitchen with 2 dishwashers and three trash receptacles. 48 in fridge holds everything plus a wine fridge. Could not be better managed as well.

          Property is fabulous. Property listing stated heated pool but did not clarify a fee of $100 a day and minimun of 3 days. We did call on 2nd day with issue of one TV and call wasn’t retuned until 1 1/2 days later. Issue with Code to open door but a tech responded pretty quickly.

          The most incredible house you could ever hope to score in san diego. Absolutely dreamy. Cozy. Huge.
          Right on a super secluded beach. Surf spot right put front. We cooked all meals there and got fish from peacador up the street. Place is a 10/10. It was the nicest location any of us had ever stayed in. Perfect for large group or 3-4 families.

          There were 3 major drawbacks to this property. The beach access was treacherous…very disappointing since that was the principal reason I choose this house. There are ONLY 2 parking spaces . We were told to park blocks away for our other vehicles. There is a steep cement ramp without any handrails. This is the ONLY entrance to the house. At a minimum this should be disclosed. A handrail is a much needed addition.

          Location location location!
          This is the best place we’ve rented. It had everything. The house layout was perfect, the beach access was as amazing, and the pool was magic. The weather was not very nice to us, with highs in the high 50s and lots of wind. Because the pool was tucked into a courtyard, the kids were able to swim every day. And we kept the double doors open in the kitchen all day. I can’t wait to stay there again!
