The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were so sweet to make sure my husband was able to have flowers waiting in my room for me. I loved having a hot breakfast available. I was not happy about the large red stain on the carpet in my room. I was given a suite, and the TV in the bedroom would not work at all. I was also concerned that the person serving breakfast did not have gloves on.

My only suggestion would be a shelf/counter by the sink for grooming products. We did have an accessible room so perhaps there is a reason for lack of shelf that I'm not aware of
