The lady at desk was super rude and poor me in a room with no heat. When i asked for a new room she got loud and angry and threatened to put me out of the hotel..

Front desk lady (Sarah) was super rude. She gave us a room with no heat, then when we went to tell her. And ask for a different room, she says"I'm sorry, the owner is out of the state and there is nothing i can do". I told her i needed a room with heat. And she got mad and says"as i said before, the owner is out of state and there is nothing i can do, except give extra blankets. I then told her i would be contacting the corporate office.. After about 10 mins of being in a cold room, she finally tells us she has a different room for us. I was very upset. I will never request a motel here again....
