Air conditioning did not function properly. Repeated calls to front desk were received with courtesy, but their only solution to resolve the problem was to move me to another room and to downgrade me from a suite. Traveling with friends who had arranged to stay on the same floor made this terribly inconvenient.

Elevator was not working and our room was on the 4th floor. Staff was very accommodating for the inconvenience.

Room was fine. I unwittingly reserved an “accessible” room. Big mistake. Shower is made to permit wheel chair entry and so allows much water to end up on floor. My mistake.
