Good location close to I-10 on Ambassador Caffery. Walking distance to Waffle House & Taco Bell. Epic Fun Center is right across I-10 with the best Western Store as well (Cowboys). Just minutes from the Cajun Dome or Cajun Field and only minutes from the stores on Ambassador. Room needs a coffee pot, has coffee cups but not coffee pot. Plugs in the room need to be replaced, anything you plug in will fall out. Stopper in tub drain will not plug the tub so taking a bath or giving kids a bath is not an option.

We have stayed in this hotel many times and have always loved it. This time though I was very disappointed. My room was semi clean, the hall carpet was stained and smelled weird. It has definitely not been cared for well the past two years. Sadly we decided not to come back to this hotel and to find one that feels less sketchy. The morning front desk employee was the only positive experience. She definitely was the nicest person I experienced while there.

There is no free breakfast and the gym is close, first call to make sure. I stayed here for three nights, starting on 3/4/2022 it felt like a Motel 6. The room was nice but it smell like paint plus the walls are thin so you could hear children crying, people talking and several foot steps. The two other nights it smelled like weed, I think somebody was smoking it and the smell was going through the vents.The parking lots seems unsafe but there is a security guard out there protecting your car. Plus you are kind of far from downtown. I think I’ll pay the extra 20 bucks and stay somewhere else.
