Our keys did not work when we checked in so we had to go to the lobby and the desk clerk had to follow us up with new keys and told us to kick the door which we had to do each time we left and each time we came . At 10pm I called the front desk and told her the tv was not working and it was just a Cox add with a number to text . She texted them, called us back and said Cox would re boot the TVs . Well nothing ever changed …no tv the whole night …not acceptable ! I hope there will be some compensation for this inconvenience

Great value. A bit noisy as it is on PCH. No pool or gym. But great location. Very charming and rooms well appointed. Comfy bed and soft thick towels. Water pressure awesome and water hot. Got complimentary wine and cheese delivered to room upon checkin.

It was great. Entertaining someone who has never spent anytime in the OC. And Laguna is lovely. I am from Newport Beach. So we did all of the coast.

Such an amazing inn. My first time in Laguna beach, not only will I be back but I will be back to this inn! Amazing staff, beautiful decor in and out, great location. You’ll be crazy to skip past this inn! A must!
