The outside is in need of upgraded landscaping and general cleanup. The rooms are excellent. Staff is friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast fruit was in need of fresh bananas but everything else was very nice.

The hotel was close to where we wanted to be. But the room smelled like dog, I am allergic to dogs. I asked for a room that did not have dogs in it and was told that was not possible. The stay required extra allergy medicine for me. Our room was not clean when we checked in and was not cleaned during our stay. Last stay for my family there.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Island Suites. HotelThe location was perfect, clean and walking distance to the London Bridge and the mall. The staff was friendly and couteous and informative about events. I highly recommend this place! Thanks! 5 stars!

Waited at front desk at check-in. No staff were available for about 20 minutes. They apologized, were very friendly and efficient in getting me checked in. A rough start but all ended well. Very clean, good value, and staff were very friendly and courteous.

We cross train our team to help with small maintenance and housekeeping tasks to become efficient and a well rounded team. Unfortunately, our due diligence in this regard reflected as neglection. We did not mean to be the cause of a rough start. We are glad to hear all ended well. We are hopeful for the opportunity to host you again.

Just needed a bit more… facial tissue in the room, bath towels could be upgraded (they were stained and old ), limited hot water, paper towels in the kitchenette, the shower dripped . Overall OK could easily be improved
