Great place to stay. Staff are amazing helpful and kind. Honest and respectful. I will rebook for future trips to Lake Havasu!

The second floor is about to fall in so many weak spots. The tub has a hole in it, afraid to fall threw the floor

The woman that checked us in was very nice. The room was very old and dated which reflected the price. The bed had what I describe as a pot hole in it. Very uncomfortable. Also, there were just open holes around the shower temperature knobs. You do get what you pay for. I would have stayed again because it was cheap but the bed was unacceptable.
