1st room we had the bed had crumbs in it, wall paper was about to come down. In the bathroom a dirty dried up used wash cloth hung on the shower rod . I adked for a different room which they did give me. The floors had crumbs, paper, etc... needless to say the house keeping sucks! Guess I didnt look at the amenities very well didnt see there wasnt a mini fridge or microwave. in the room.

The room was nice and clean, you could only take a shower as the thing you move up and down to change from shower to bath was broken. Breakfast was amazing and the morning staff were so nice and welcoming

It's okay; on the surface, it looks clean, but the more you look, the more you find things that have been neglected, dusting surfaces that are not considered high touch or contact (Cords to the bedside lamp, desk chair legs), not vacuuming the edges of the rooms/halls with a hose instead of just the vacuum. The actual front desk staff only met one, who was wonderful; the filler "Staff" (Family to the owner) not so much, they are not trained and it shows. I left my VERY EXPENSIVE tumbler sitting on a table in the lobby, I called as soon as I realized I had done this to have the Front Desk grab it and place it back with them until I returned. I returned and it was still sitting in the lobby, thankfully no one took it. My room was untouched by Housekeeping, my stay was 4 nights, and their 'policy' is every third day unless asked. I did ask on the third day and I returned from my outing to a room full of trash and no clean towels, these were the only items I asked the Front Desk to have Housekeeping stop in. The other members of my party had the rooms serviced and they were there 1 less night. Yes, I did remove the DND sign before I left for the day. The lack of communication and follow-through is out of control. I give lots of breaks and chances BUT my room being ignored after asking for 2 small things to be done is my done point. I WILL NOT recommend and most likely will not return.

Bathroom needs updating. Grabs bars were pulling out of the wall shower enclosure. No towel bars. No microwave (there was one in the dining area) or refrigerator. Room was clean except for the stink bug invasion.

"You Should Have Just Checked Out"
Imagine a manager saying that you should have just checked out when you call them out on your hotel room smelling like cigarette smoke? This entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke and I personally am allergic to smoke. When brought up, I was told that I was unable to get another room as they were "Sold out". This was untrue as several parties of the wedding had gotten to change rooms. When I called, the woman was so nice and accommodating and said she understood and would give me a 50% refund. Two weeks later, I call to check on the refund and the manager, refusing to come to the phone told her if I had an issue with the room, that "you should have just checked out". and totally disregarded that the staff had tried to help the situation and the entire hotel reeked of smoke. After asking the employee to ask the manager to call me, he has refused to do so stating he is "too busy" to handle customer service issues. Ridiculous.
