This is an old hotel. The A/C in our room did not work. The front desk told us to open a window when we complained. The window opens maybe 1 or 2 inches. Finally, they brought a little small little fan after further complaints, total joke. The restaurant service was extremely slow. The hotel has three small elevators, not very adequate for the hotel during busy times. There always seemed to be a line in the lobby for the elevator. No technology to speak of in the rooms. Seems like most hotels at this level have USB charging etc. in the rooms. You'll need an adapter if you don't use the same AC plugs as Portugal. But you would be better off finding another hotel. Btw with window open, the planes start landing before 6am and it like they are landing in your room.

Furniture and fittings need freshening up - wear and tear is evident if you snoop but still a comfy stay. Breakfast is first class - good quality with an egg station. Four coffee machines with excellent expresso. NB. My room lock was faulty and left the room unlocked when I left the room. Apparently this is not uncommon so ensure that the lock is reset after the previous occupant leaves
