The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The location is next to Kings Cross so that you can go anywhere in London quickly. While affordable, the rooms are on the smaller side, especially one-person, I would suggest paying for a two-persons room.

Stayed here for a night to catch an early train the next morning. This spot is cozy, front desk staff was pleasant, room amenities met our needs for the quick turn around. We were on the bottom floor which made the room warm and pleasant (bed was surprisingly comfortable). Only down side was when upstairs guests returned for the evening, we could hear them/water running/fumbling around. It was to be expected with the building and set up so not off putting. Would recommend.

Found the Location Great, the staff very helpful and responsive. The room while small, was always clean and well maintained. Hot water always available in the shower, definitely a plus! We had room directly adjacent to street, while I slept well on the bed and woke refreshed, a person Sensitive to noise might not, would ask for a room in rear of the establishment if you are. For cost charge by the establishment this is a real bargain

It is a couple of hundred meters from St Pancras and Kings Cross Stations. For convenience that's hard to beat... and it was spotlessly clean.

Solo traveler, stayed 3 nights. An excellent location literally around the corner from the tube. Check in was easy and the staff was very nice. My room was underground so it was a bit noisy because the cleaning staff supply rooms were right next door so I heard them come in and out every few minutes, plus the traffic noise on the road above me added to the noise issues. There were a few too many suspicious black hairs on the floor but I brought house shoes so… yeah 🙃 Linens were clean though. Overall a good, cheap room for one person on a short stay, though I’m conflicted on if I would choose to stay again.
