Great location, but NOT access all areas
Very convenient location for Heathrow T5 and was fun to watch planes roaring over from outside reception. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet and had a nice selection of beverages. My main gripe (hence 4 stars) was accessibility. I am mobility impaired and use crutches - they kindly gave me a ground floor room but there is no lift access to upper floors, the bar or restaurant, which was really disappointing. I managed to haul myself up the stairs to have a bar snack as I was starving, but if you are in a wheelchair, it would be room service only I’m afraid. On a lighter note, do take ‘the POD’ (essentially a driverless taxi) to/from the airport if you need transport, it’s a great service and is wheelchair friendly, taking you to T5 in about 5 mins. £8 per person but it saves hassle and parking fees.

A good location for Terminal 5 and the pods to the airport make it easy to get from the hotel to the terminal. The food and drink options were limited due to the hotel going through a refurbishment. The rooms are quiet and we didn’t hear any planes.

Great T5 hotel
Great T5 hotel & staff. Meal in the bar area was good. Vegan burger was the best I've had! Taxi £23 to T5 departures early morning booked through the hotel. Room has all you need. Would book for future T5 travel.
