The staff are great. Best coffee I had in England. Great location close to river transportation, underground, national rail, attractions and restaurants. If you are going to London for the first time or the tenth this is the place to stay. I recommend it. REO. Florida.

This hotel is surrounded by restuarants and shops, as well as taxis and nearby train stations within a few minutes walk.

Fabulous London Hotel!

Citadines London exceeded all expectations! Plenty of space, perfect location, clean, comfortable, and the staff graciously accommodated all of our needs. I travel often in the US and have been to several countries. My children and I stayed for a week and loved everything Citadines had to offer on our spring break vacation! I would recommend to anyone and would stay again!

Centrally located with reasonable rates. Staff was excellent. Kitchens were nicely setup with tea but no in room coffee (British tradition.) They did have coffee, espresso, etc. available for free 24 hours in the reception area.

Free hot drinks in the lobby

We enjoyed the free hot drinks. The room does have a mini kitchen which came in handy for preparing our breakfast. The location is wonderful - close to Trafalgar Square. Beds are Ok, pillows were decent, toiletries were provided and there is a hair dryer.

Great location, when wonderful staff.

The location is great. Rooms are spacious clean and modern. Staff very helpful. Free mobile phones in all rooms, Can call international free of charge, wifi, and gps.

A great value overall. Location is about as good as you could want. Restaurants galore. Two tube stations. We actually used Embankment more. Liked the refrigerator, sink, appliances and dishes. A simple way to do breakfast before you head out for the day. The new Handy phone was a nice touch. Be sure you get it charged. Plenty of closet space for two. The lights in the room could have been brighter. If you experience trouble connecting to WIFI talk with staff. Once they helped us we connected all the time. Some time the WIFI did slow. We were not doing video, mainly emails, texts, etc. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice Apartment Hotel At Trafalgar Square

Pros: Its proximity to Trafalgar Sq, Westminster and Buckingham and the kitchenette.
Cons: Replace the sofabeds in the living room with ones that you can actually sit on without sliding to the floor.
Location: Its located in central London close to lots of attractions (Trafalgar Sq, Westminster and Buckingham)
We rented a two story 2-bedroom apartment, with a kitchenette for two nights. The kids had the queen bed, and the parents took the two single beds which were shoved together to make a king. All teh beds were very comfrotable with excellent linens. The rooms (2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen) were very spacious and the hotel was in a great location to numerous attractions. The only bad thing was the sofa (a sofabed) in the living room which was not very comfortable; the cushions kept sliding to the floor so it was super uncomfortable to sit on. We ended up pulling the bed out and laying on it to watch telly in the living room. It was lovely having a kitchenette (this was about Day 8 of a 12 day trip), so it was great to have home cooked options after days of eating out every meal, and this hotel would be great if you were staying in London for a while and wanted to save on food. At check-in, we had a bit of a misunderstanding, as the staff tried to sell me on two studios (sleeps 4 total for our family of 4) rather than the apartment I booked (sleeps 6), and I thought the studios would have an adjoining door for our 2 kids (9 & 5), but the actual studios they wanted to give us were down the hall from each other, so our check in took much longer than it should have, as we had to revert back to the original room & layout. Overall is was a nice hotel, though.

In regards to your check in, we do on occasion to larger families offer to split the 1 Bedroom Apartment into 2 Studio apartments so that we can offer you 2 kitchens 2 bathrooms and more space. Unfortunately we don't have interconnecting rooms and on occasion this is not beneficial to younger children. We look forward in welcoming you back in the near future.
