Very bad experience, stayed one night with family, heaters wasn't working no help from hotel staff as i have been told that's the highest temperature that could do, room temperature was 5c, both my under 5 years old kids were shivering whole night until we realised it was too late to get the another hotel

The room was semi cleaned as I spooned entered there a some ladies hair on the bed. Check out was at 11.00am, but at 10.55 my door gets knocked several times before I could even answer the door. Unprofessional

Car alarm going off in the car park for over an hour, windows didn't keep the noise out. Air con not functioning. Furniture from the 60s. On the plus side the room was big.

Was very disappointed. Arrived early after long flight. Was told room would not be ready for several hours sat with the kids in the foyer for a couple of hours and a staff member who had just come on duty asked if we were waiting to be picked up or checking in. When I said checking in she said our room was available. The Eastern European least we spoke to when we arrived was standing next to her and just gave a wry smile. Pretty disgusted by her standard of service and thankful for her colleagues attention. Hotel itself is dated and needs a lot of work. Hasn’t kept pace with expectations as new hotels have been built.
