Another excellent stay at the strand palace it was our 3rd time and it just keeps getting better, staff are friendly and the rooms are lovely and spacious and very clean and the complimentary goods are an excellent touch.

Rooms are absolutely tiny - I mean, *tiny*. The bathroom was the size of a cupboard and the shower...well, it is a good job I am only 5'11" tall - any taller and I'd have hit my head on the ceiling. If you're 6ft or taller....forget it. I am an Expedia Gold Member and didn't get any form of benefit at all. The hotel is nice, breakfast was good...but for £208 for 1 night....it is expensive for what you get.

We LOVED our stay here! My daughter stayed for two weeks with her college theatre group and I stayed with her for a week afterwards. We were so comfortable and pleased with our room. I was worried about the size of the room, only have two single beds, but it was just perfect for us! The sweet treats and bottled waters that were waiting for us when we arrived were such a fun touch, not something you often receive in US hotels. We appreciated the convenience of the location most of all. We could walk to the west end theatre's as well as the amazing historic landmarks that London has to offer. Seeing Elizabeth Tower and Big Ben for the first time brought tears to my eyes, as I had waited my whole life to visit London and see it in person. We hope to stay with you again in the near future and HIGHLY recommend the Strand Palace to anyone who wants a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff, wonderful food options and the perfect location! Thank you!
