Arrived to being told our bridge rmview rooms would not be available . Then put one room on the 1st floor looking at the air conditioners . Moved it to a higher floor with an angled view of bridge. Rooms had no air conditioned as they said it was having provlems . No ac in either room ..one had a fan brought up and the one room was over 24 Celsius or 75 Fahrenheit.... very uncomfortable ..could have been a bit cleaner as well .

The view of the bridge from our room was exquisite. It really added a special treat. The check in staff and concierge were very efficient, friendly and helpful. The facility is lovely with many dining options. On the negative side, the shower was inadequate, the television had nothing, the room was too warm, but more than anything, room service was deplorable. I called three times over two days and never received my order. Unacceptable!

View along the river was very nice, but late at night, between midnight and 3 am, awoken by loud ppl along the pier and local restaurants in the area.

The cleaning was sub par. The elevators were HORRIBLE. 3 of 4 worked and it would take forever. They would skip floors and at times it was a lot faster to take the stairs. Stairs aren’t always easy to find though. Fire alarm went off at 330am one morning. Stood outside for almost an hour with no communication from hotel staff during that time. Once let into the building there was no one directing people to stairways other than the main one (not sure if there was another one) and only 1 of 4 elevators was working. One worker tried to get assistance from what appeared to be a manager only to be blown off. Management was arguing with the fire brigade who appeared equally displeased with the hotel response.

Nice Place, great view and the beer garden at dusk was a sight to take in. Overall a hotel that needs some renovations to their air conditioning system as it didn’t work and as an American this seems like a basic thing but we were lucky enough to visit during the hottest London has ever been, overall I popped the window open and we enjoyed our stay.
