I did like my first shower, the whole room flooded, so i had lots of wet things when i got in late for the meeting. I didn’t like, they offered nothing in goodwill for the experience and outcome. Didn't like the fire alarm going off at 2am for 1 min. Or the loud pipe bursting sound that happens for a good 10 mins sometimes. Scared the hell out of me. I didn’t like the limited channels, I get more at home with freeview. I didn’t like the response time for front of house. The request i put through on the app to maintenance and cleaners for the flood, had a faster response than the phone call i made to front desk to get help. Or any request from them. I did like some of the staff, the breakfast, the bed, the fridge.

The hotel was better than I expected. It was very clean, you can tell it was recently renovated. We got a room with two single beds and it had good enough space for two adults to move around. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast options were really good and served buffet style. The hotel is located right near Victoria Station and we were able to travel by the tube and bus everywhere we needed. We barely spoke to the staff because we didn’t need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean safe hotel - friendly staff. Rooms themselves are lacking rugs or something on the vinyl floor to make it more welcoming… felt more like a kitchen (floors were mopped very well - so very clean). The showers were Luke warm I couldn’t get a proper hot shower which was a big disappointment and the rooms are rather sterile and soulless. overall decent clean stay with nice staff and a great breakfast buffet but would choose another hotel on account of the lack of proper hot water and sterile nature of the room.

Excellent break !
Excellent hotel ! Perfect location should you wish to visit the Apollo theatre in Victoria, 2 minute walk away. Fantastic breakfast included in the hotel package. Staff were very friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was very good. Would definitely return !
