Very convenient location and comfy beds. The room is compact but suited us for one night. Stayed in a studio room so could make breakfast and lunch for our day out. Sainsbury’s local next door for any food needed.

Not an exciting hotel
Rooms were spacious and clean. But this hotel has no soul. They want you to check in at a kiosk (which did not work). They only tidy the room every other day but don’t tell you that when you check in. Once you ask you can have it done each day. Location on the Sourh Bank is OK but best to be in Covent Garden. Would not go back to this hotel.

Walking distance to Westminster Bridge. Local grocery, restaurants and shopping within the block. Half a block away from North Lambeth tube station. Pub and restaurant in the lobby too. Quiet at night for peaceful slumber. Exceptional staff! Courteous and helpful. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Excellent experience staying here.

Avoid room 106 if you want to sleep
Lovely hotel, great rooms with kitchenette but room 106 is right next to the Sainsbury's loading bay next door. They had deliveries through the night, for over an hour 1am and again at 5am for over an hour, really loud trollies bashing. Could not sleep at all, the walls were so thin it sounded like they were in the corridor outside. Also they have known problems with the hot water so had a cold shower, and the fire alarms went off at 9.30am for a few seconds so we got up left early. Lovely hotel but make sure they don't put you on the edge of the hotel next to the shops next door. Staff were lovely and other than no plugs near a mirror to dry your hair (one on the side of the TV unit didn't work) then I'd stay there again as long as I knew I wasn't in these rooms at the edge of the hotel.

Good Location, Front Desk Staff Inconsistent
In terms of location it is great. The room was fine. The front desk staff don't seem to know what is going on or able to problem solve or help. I had small adjustments to my reservation and I had to hand hold them to update it. There was confusion on the check in and late check out process. I was told two different things. It's a bit of a turn off when staff don't know how just figure it out and provide accurate information.
