Positives The best thing was the staff, the morning manager always went above and beyond. The location is good for the theater and British Museum. Breakfast was nice. Negatives The rooms are very small! Door to the bathroom does not open all the way The shower- well you can almost turn around and mold in shower and ceiling. There is no place to put your luggage. There was no hot water the first night we arrived The toilet does not stop running unless you play with the handle. Will not stay there again

We had two rooms and they were for someone looking to explore London. Rooms were small but clean with all one needs to sleep comfortably and wash-up. TV is very small but we never had a need to turn it on during our week long stay. The Wi-Fi was a little on the slow side by American standards but our family of 4 managed to use it. Our only critical comment was the lack of enough drinking water in the rooms. A sign was posted to not drink the bathroom water so we relied on the single large bottle that was refilled daily by maid service. The kitchen did fill our personal water bottles after breakfast which was an acceptable work around. Breakfast was also good. A simple menu but very tasty and quick. We would stay here again.

Great location with walking access to all sorts of attractions. Good portioned English breakfast is included. The negatives The floors were VERY creaky and loud even under the carpet. Like everywhere I stepped in the room I was afraid I was bothering people downstairs. The beds are mediocre in comfort. There isn't a box spring or platform underneath, some sort of suspension option, so it wasn't quite as supportive as I was hoping. My room was super small with very little room to walk around the bed--especially with my luggage in the room. Overall, I felt with the discount coupon I had, it was a very reasonable deal for a good location in London. I'd probably stay again.
