On arriving in the room it hadn't been cleaned and the sofa bed wasn't made up (used toiletries, dirty wet towels on the floor, unmade bed). Asked at reception for this to be sorted while I was out. On return, room cleaned but sofa bed not made up, so had to ask again for this to be done while I was out. Eventually sorted.
There were 'air conditioning' controls in the room but no visible vent or air conditioning unit, no sound from this - and definitely no cool air, so no quite sure how this works. Perhaps just buttons so you feel in control. But as windows didn't open (high floor) the room was very stuffy.
There are insufficient elevators for the number of rooms/floors in the property - you could wait ten minutes for a lift on a high floor, and then when it eventually came, the full lift would stop at every floor on the way down with more people trying to get in.
Finally, the property is very oddly decorated - corridors very dark, rooms, for want of a better word, are tacky - lots of black plastic and dodgy lighting features. Someone's very specific taste and this hasn't aged well (despite probably not being that old) at all.
