The hotel was well-located near the King Cross station, which was helpful coming from the airport! The service was impeccable and the bed was so comfy! The only miss would be the size of the room, but it was quite an enjoyable stay!

Clean, quiet, nicely presented hotel. 5 minutes walk from St Pancras. Rooms and bathrooms are small. This was fine for me, as a solo traveller, but may not be comfortable for 2 people. The heating did not work properly. I switched it off at night, but it was blowing out cold air when I woke up in the morning. It was hard to make the room warm.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast options were excellent and location great for getting around. Ordered food in for one night and ate in the restaurant which was welcomed. We stayed for 3 nights and the cleaning procedure is for the room to be cleaned every 3 days - we could have definitely done with a clean round, bins emptied and new towels after 2 days. I'm sure I could have requested this but I didn't so maybe my fault - just thought worth mentioning. Otherwise very happy with our stay.
