Stayed here on a business trip, friendly reception, apartment was clean and big for one person. Location is great for tower / London Bridge area but links into central London via the tube are very good Would recommend and stay again

The room is lovely and has great amenities, and the hotel was a short walk from where we needed to go. A couple things weren’t great. Like said in other reviews the man at the front desk for check in is rude and cold. The pillows were awful, they looked nice and fluffy and then when you actually use them they were so flat. Our shower was broken, we were leaving anyway so didn’t care that much, and I know you can’t blame the hotel on construction but we were woken up at 7am by loud construction and the workers talking as the building next to our window was extremely close. Overall it did the job for one night.
