It was older but up to date and with class. Only thing I didn’t like was the lift and that would never change with how they allow permits.

I shall return

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had. Jack was the best. Prompt bag check. Free room upgrade. Fresh tea while you wait. Free fruit in the room. Turn down service and chocolates at night. They even washed my dishes. Who does that.

Good- but not exceptional

The apartment was nice. Relatively clean. Kitchen was outdated and very small. Overall, however, we were pleased with the place. The location was excellent. We could see the flag on Buckingham Palace from our window. Service was good, but certainly not 5 star. Little short cuts like only leaving 4 candies each night, when there were 5 in our party. Also, they refilled our complimentaty bottled water with tap water after we fininshed them and screwed the lids back on. Just short cuts that a true 5 star hotel would not take. Also, the concierge at the hotel next door was absouletly superior to our own. Ours seemed overwhelmed and inexperienced. Again- overall good, but don't expect anything OUTSTANDING- which was my expectation based on the price and the rating...

5 Star service

This is a beautifully appointed and centrally located property. Just a short walk to Victoria station, and Buckingham Palace. Beautiful gym and spa, lovely restaurants and great service. This is a great place to stay!
