This property is excellent in every respect. The location is perfect, convenient to food and entertainment but quiet. The staff is friendly and very anxious to help in any way. Food in the hotel bar and dinning room is exceptional and the service in both is wonderful. I am just sorry that I can't give this place more than five stars.

Just around the corner from the V&A Museum

Pros: It is charming - the staff is terrific - and the location can't be beat. Both of our rooms were quite nice. And the baths lovely.
Cons: Free b'fest? Although the small packages of nuts were excellent!
Location: The Victoria and Albert Museum, VIP Museum passes - and we went to see the fabulous Frida Kahlo show! Excellent bistros and the neighborhood fun.
We had planned to stay one night and then to return for another two nights. On our first night- the hotel staff directed us to a fantastic local bistro AND provided a VIP pass to the Victoria and Albert Museum. We asked to leave a bag while we traveled to Stratford Upon Avon. We returned to another fabulous room and my bag was waiting for us. This time we asked about an Indian Restaurant - and again the staff directed us a lovely authentic Indian Restaurant - which was a pleasant walk from the hotel. And, yes, we borrowed the VIP pass and once again went to the V&A Museum. And oh - when we got to Paris - I realized that I left a pair of shoes - and the staff sent them back to us!

Lovely hotel, wonderful location.

Pros: We liked everything about the hotel. The location, near the V&A, Harrods, the park, and the residential feel of the neighborhood.
Cons: Can't think of a thing!
Location: Practically across the street from the Victoria and Albert museum. The Egerton gave us passes to use which enabled us to visit sold out exhibitions.
My husband and I stayed at the Egerton for a long weekend. From the time we checked in we were greeted with such warmth! We loved everything about the hotel! The location, the staff, our room, our breakfast and the perfect martinis. We would highly recommend the Egerton to anyone.
