This property is located on a nice quiet street, five minutes walk to the underground. The bus is out on the main street, supermarket is around the corner. Your choice of many different restaurants.

5 minute walk to tube station. Room was clean and tidy. Staff was accomodating. Bed was queen size in American terms, but advertised as a double... pleasant surprise.

Lovely hotel on a lovely street. Only 2 or so blocks from the Earls Court Underground station. Nice central London location in Kensington. Room was small compared to American hotels, but clean, new bathroom, nice view. Staff was very helpful.

Lush London Experience

Pros: Staff, staff, staff. I am always about having a real duvet at a hotel and this one provided upon request and it made the hotel bed feel like home.
Cons: Truly, nothing. It is a beautiful safe neighborhood in which the hotel is situated, and it is clear that all is being done to ensure a fantastic stay.
Location: Loved the location. Not super close to more stereotypical attractions, but close to a tube station which takes you anywhere. Artsy place, with museums
I cannot say enough about the Park City Grand Plaza Kensington. It was my first trip to London from the states. My sister-in-law and I had a limited budget and went with a trip already compiled by Travelocity because it was cheaper. Well flying with IcelandAir was horrific and we arrive in London only to discover we are still nearly two hours from our hotel. We imagined how awful the hotel must be after such a trip. Well, to the contrary the hotel was the highlight of the entire trip. It had the Historical London feel that any visitor would seek with every possible update. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and all amenities were provided for. Yet, what really made this place stand-out was the staff and the excellent service they ensured every guest received. There was Vlad who ensured I had my flat white on the morning I left even though he was yet schedule in the care. All concierge, especially the gentlemen from Italy, helped us find every unique experience we sought during our visit. We were addressed every time we entered and left the hotel and after seven days they truly made us feel at home. I will return to London again, and this time with my husband and three children to visit first and foremost my new hotel family. Kudos to mgmnt who were visibly present almost daily and ensured that they hired the highest quality individuals to serve on the frontlines of their business. I truly miss them all and can't wait to visit again and enjoy is beautiful neighborhood.

I love this place but the floors squeak.

As they do in every other old. Boutique hotel in London. If you're a light sleeper, elect for the top floor. Otherwise, this is my home away from home.

Great hotel

Pros: Location and quite at night got a great night sleep
Hotel is in an upscale part of London with a large grocery store close by with fresh fruit, pastries and just abbot anything you would need. Many pubs and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The tube was about a 5 minute walk and the bus stop just a few minutes away. Hotel was very clean, and quite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Carey was a great bartender. Would highly recommended this hotel.

A wonderful little boutique hotel

Location: See above.
This little boutique hotel is in a safe and pretty area in Kensington just a short walk off Cromwell Rd. (And a short bus ride or taxi up Cromwell Rd. to the Victoria & Albert and further on to Harrod's. The room was comfortable, renovated to American standards with a granite topped bathroom vanity, glass shower with rain head. Comfortable bed. Very quiet. Excellent front desk service.

All-around Disappointing

We booked this hotel because of its great reviews on this site. Our stay, however, was disappointing and the staff was incredibly unresponsive and flippant. During our stay, the ceiling starting leaking while we were out during the day and we returned at 11:30 pm to find our belongs wet. When we notified the hotel staff he told us we were "lucky" that they had another room available to put us in for the remainder of the stay. He also mentioned that this was a reoccurring problem. If I were a hotel manager, I would certainly look into getting that fixed. The next night, in our new room, the air conditioning stopped working. Ordinarily I don't think this would be an issue in London, however, it was mid-July and London was experiencing a heat wave. Needless to say, sleeping that night was miserable. Finally, when we asked to talk to a manager about our experiences, they were unwilling to do so until I finally called her myself. We were incredibly disappointed with our stay. From what we can tell, the management has recently changed which is likely the reason for the vast difference in our expectations and the reality.

Fell Short of Expectations

Pros: Quiet street. Fresh decor with upscale fixtures & accessories.
Cons: Staff indifferent to issues including a dead TV & broken A/C. Repeated reminders that you're "prepaid through a 3rd party."
Location: Posh Kensington restaurants and pubs close by. 10-12 minute walk to the Underground.
Didn't feel welcome. We paid for two nights in advance and left after one. The Park City is on a well-tended residential street away from noise and traffic.

Clean, Comfortable Centrally located and QUIET

Pros: Location, modern lobby, modern room with amenities, clean and supported by a helpful staff.
Cons: A package that includes an English Breakfast would have been perfect.
Location: Two important museums ...Albert and Victoria and National History Museum. Harrods is just another 15 minute walk and certainly an experience.
The hotel has a modern lobby, very helpful and attentive personnel. The room was a surprise with a double (actually king size bed). Fridge in the room. Bose radio and large flat screen TV. Bathroom is modern and clean. Blackout curtains etc. Hotel is off of Cromwell in Kensignton. The hotel is on a quiet side street, and well located near a variety of restaurants within a 5-7 minute walk. The only surprise was the fee for the transfer to Gatwick airport. (Certainly not to blame the hotel).
