The room was a spacious small apartment and the staff was friendly. The room did lack a lot of practical items making it cumbersome to stay in such as lack of hangers, lack of a wardrobe and vanity in the bedroom (it was out in the living room) and no outlets in the bathrooms to dry hair. Could have used a few luggage stands as well.

Loved the location and large room!
What a gem of a find! Loved the location near Tower Bridge and so convenient to walk and take the underground. The room was huge and had a kitchenette and living room area, with seperate sleeping quarters. I even loved the free Nespresso coffee - it made the stay extra special. Can't wait to stay again.

really really enjoyed our stay! first time in london and this was perfect location - very close to the tube, co-op, liquor store, and bars with late happy hours. it was easy to her around from here. the staff was super helpful! the only thing that threw us off was our original room had a strong mold smell so we requested to be moved. they obliged and we then went to a smaller room which felt odd but eventually they situated us in a third and final room that was perfect - very spacious and lovely. staff gave great recommendations and loved the spa experience we made a last minute appt and ives it. great time!!!
