I stood at the front check-in counter for a few minutes, and the clerk, who was right there at the computer, completely ignored me. If he was busy, all he had to do was greet me and say "I'll be with you in a moment," but he didn't even acknowledge me for a few minutes until I finally spoke up and asked if he was in the middle of something. The clerk who checked me out in the morning, however, was exceptionally friendly. There was a dirty towel left on the hook on the bathroom door, dried on stuff in the bathtub, the trash bag liners were not put in the trash cans, and there was garbage on the floor in the room.

Very nice room, very clean, well appointed. Good coffee, excellent staff, nice continental breakfast. Water pressure in shower could have been better.

Our reservation was to start one day later than they had on file. They could not correct it in the office so we had to pay for a second reservation & are waiting for a refund from our credit card ..
