Rooms were very spacious. The kitchenette was a bonus with the fridge, sink, microwave, stove and all the plates and utensils. Nice dinner table, pull out coach, table and chair. We loved it!

Maids only clean the rooms once a week unless you ask and then you have to put your own sheets on your bed if you want clean sheets. Beware this place is in the middle of nowhere and no security around to make sure you're belongings in your vehicle doesn't get stolen.

Victor, I apologize that your recent stay did not meet your expectations, however I wish to address some of your comments. The MainStay Suites is an extended stay hotel. It is true that we provide full cleaning service once a week. We do provide a light touch cleaning upon request during the daytime, that includes making beds, taking out trash and providing clean towels. We are located in a rural area on the east border of Madison, WI that allows our guests to enjoy quiet and oftentimes, views of wildlife. We do contract with a local security company who assists us in maintaining a safe environment. We are a dual branded property that offers 2 hotel options to choose from on the same site. If you prefer daily housekeeping service, I recommend our Sleep Inn & Suites in Building A, which does provided daily housekeeping service. Once again, I apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations and I hope that you would consider giving us another chance to better serve your needs in the future.

Pretty convenient location just outside Madison, this hotel is pretty new and was clean. Comfortable bed, and the little kitchen was handy. Breakfast was fine. My room faced the highway, which wasn't overly loud, but try to get a room on the back side if you can.
