The water park was a blast, hotel staff must have been stressed (lifeguards, night staff), front desk people were lovely at check in but other staff just seemed irritated. Slightly overcrowded in the water park in evening.. hotel room was clean but there were visible stains on bottom of bed. The wifi was out which made it difficult to be able to share live moments with our family on social media. Which was a huge let down. Other than that food was great, park was fun, arcade needs more staff (half the machines didn’t give us tickets that were meant to & staff was too busy to help) we would come back but not for what we paid.
