Staff was ok, room was decorated in 70s styles and on the dirty side. Bed mattress springs were poking through the mattress. Mold on the bathroom curtains, wouldn't stay there again

Anonymous! If you can come and show me mattress springs poking through the mattress, or mold on shower curtains, I would offer you instant refund plus $100. But, I am sure you will not dare to take the challenge when you know you are lying.

A good stay.

A very basic motel. I was attending a meeting at the Center in Manchester. I only needed a bed and shower. Perfect.

Pros: nothing
Cons: flat screen tvs quite air conditiners
Location: on a hill on very busy hwy,
will never go there again all rooms have small tvs

Sorry, we are in process of replacing them as long as our industry standardize the technology! 44% of our rooms do have flat screen. We also have over 80 channels compared to many hotels who only offer 112-24 channels.

sucky hotel

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Never did anything in the area
They turned the heat off at 10:00 pm in March during cold wet weather, and shut the cable of at 10:30pm. Paint was peeling of the walls and door has gaps to let in cold air . This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in we should have been paid to stay up here.

Each guest room has its own heating controller inside the room. If left unattended after 4 hours TV automatically shuts off. All you have to do it press the power button again to turn ON. We don't have switch to turn off heat or cable at front desk.

Owner abrasive and rude. Yells. unnessarily.

Had pets, thought were allowed so we went elsewhere. But dealt with extreme verbal abuse.

A Dump

Pros: It was cheap.
Cons: Pretty much everything.
I reserved a non-smoking room through Travelocity. However, the motel only had one smoking room when I got there. They made not effort to change the situation and they did not offer to let me out of the reservation. The mattress was horrible. The room smelled...it was a smoking room. There was not window covering over the bathroom window. It was a ground level room and it was a big window.

We are sorry but, we are helpless when you book smoking room and expect it to be change to Non-smoking when we are 100% occupied. In future we urge you to read the description of the room prior to booking and when in doubt please call the property.

Very Clean, convenient to Manchester

I found the room that we stayed in to be extremely clean. There was no dirt or grime to be found, and every thing was well maintained. We were in Manchester for the day, and even getting sidetracked, we were able to pull into the parking lot within 15 minutes. Though the road outside is quite busy, we did not hear the traffic, even with being in the closest room to the road. Staff was friendly and professional, and the grounds were well lit. All in all, this motel met my needs very well, and I will be requesting the same room the next time I travel to Manchester.
