There was no hot water in the shower in the bathroom, though there was at the sink. I asked for this to be addressed FOUR times, and the from desk staff (who were otherwise very nice) told us that the hotel wouldn't pay the extra cost of weekend overtime for a plumber to address the problem. Since we were at the hotel from Friday to Monday, all three of us had cold to luke-warm showers every day. Very frustrating and disappointing when no one addressed this obvious problem. There also were light bulbs burned out, and literally not one place to hang a towel in the batjhroom, whcih was very inconvenient with three of us staying in the 2-bedroom room.

The staff was amazing! We've been at properties recently where the staff won't even look at you and that was not the case here. Everyone was attentive, friendly, smiling and helpful, and the two times I called prior to our visit, someone actually answered the phone. The beds were comfortable, room was clean, but the appliances in our kitchenette were sketchy. We made due and replaced one planned meal in with a walk to the attached "Celt Craft House" restaurant. It was excellent so do not miss that! We would stay here again.

Pool appeared pretty dirty with sediment floating around on the bottom. The ceiling in our room also had a lot or water damage stains, balls of hair and missing tiles throughout. Not a good or cleanly look. The fan above the stove also turned itself on and we could not turn it off. Not the nicest Grandstay we've ever been to.
