Nice property and rooms. Common areas could use deep cleaning. Check in was horrible!! The man at the desk was kind but wasn't able to check us in and when 'help' arrived she struggled as well. The man had to physically go to several rooms to ensure the previous guests had left and the room was clean. About 15 minutes into the process we were told there may not be a room even though we made the reservation several months ago. The room was nice and the rest of the stay was fine.

It was centrally located for the places we were going. We stayed for 4 nights. The first two days we had breakfast (over the weekend) were good. The next day, no one was working in the breakfast area. We came down and they were out of everything. The employee who was at the front desk, came over and filled some of the breakfast items, but left a lot of containers empty. We asked one of the housecleaning employees about cleaning our room and she said it would be done the next day. She also said she would put clean bag of towel on our door. Neither of those things happened. The room was a nice size and layout and was clean when we arrived. The workout room had 2 treadmills, but only one of them worked. The remote for the TV didn't work either. The parking lot was convenient.

Happy Anniversary! The ice machine breaking down was definately unexpected occurance. The part is on order as the displayed sign stated and once received it will be back up and running. Thank you for staying with us.

From what I could tell, the poor guy at the front desk was the only person working in the entire building. Arrived to check in between 9-9:30 and after noticing a very disgruntled looking couple in the lobby (turns out they had the last available room, and it was dirty), was told by the gentlemen at the desk that they had been overbooked and hadn’t a chance to call me and tell me the room I reserved wasn’t actually available. At 9:30pm. Even though there’s another Hampton Inn a few miles down the road, all that could be offered to me was “a refund with fees waived”. I should certainly hope so, as I did nothing to deserve to pay said fees. What horrible management you must have to be left alone to run an entire hotel and not even given the clearance to offer an extremely inconvenienced guest a discounted night or even just a room at another Hampton Inn for something that was the companies mistake. Shame on you for putting your staff in that position, I will never again attempt to spend my money at a Hampton Inn. If that is how you treat your staff, I will gladly pay more for a room elsewhere.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and inviting. Liked the cookies at the desk and the 24hr availability of coffee or hot water for tea. Hotel was very quiet and beds were comfortable.

The room was a bit small, but since we didnt spend much time in the room it wasn't a big deal. The pool water was quite cold though, and the hot rub was broken with an out of order sign that looked like it had been there a while. Beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was great.
