Property i have. No problem with but Travelocity has a problem with communicating the check in hours i booked a room at 12.03 am 2/13/22 because i needed it right then .Paid with my card and then when i went to check in i was told that the reservation was for 2.pm that if i wanted to stay right then it would cost me 20 more

It was nice compared to other properties in Bastrop. The bathroom floors and tub were not clean. Back door was propped open. Staff was friendly.

Very Nice. Mattress was the only Drawback

Pros: Cleanliness and appeared to be Newly remodeled. Front desk lady was very nice
Cons: Needs new mattresses like Holiday Inn Express or Courtyard Uses. Current beds are springy and hard.
Location: The pizza hut across the street was EXCELLENT. head and shoulders above the pizza quality of the pizza huts in Shreveport.
I was very impressed with this hotel being in such a small town. It looked like it was newly remodeled, very clean with a fridge and microwave and great AC. Modern Flatscreen TV and the wireless internet was fast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing keeping it from being a 5 star review was the Bed. The mattress was hard. and you could feel and hear the Springs twisting every time you move. If Best Western would invest in some New Mattresses you wouldn't be able to distinguish the rooms from a Courtyard Marriot

Not the cleanest hotel

Room was not clean. Desk was sticky mattress was very hard. Mattress seems like it was very old. Carpet was old and dirty. stairs leading to our room had a dirty diaper on it. Overall not happy with our stay. Front desk manager was very aplogetic and helpful. Won't be staying at this hotel again. It was close to the family we are visiting next time we will stay in Monroe.

I offer my sincerest apologies and I can assure you that we have taken steps to improve not only the cleanliness. We now have a new housekeeping staff and we are working diligently to ensure to the guestrooms are up to our guests expectations. While we can't keep guests from throwing trash wherever they would like, we can be proactive in making sure that it is cleaned up in a timely manner. I do appreciate your feedback and I hope that one day you will give us another chance to earn your business.

Nice hotel with a great location. Hard bed.

We had to come to Bastrop LA. for my husband's sisters funeral. When we got to the hotel the attendant let us know the room was on the second floor with no elevator. But she suggested a room on the first floor that was smoking. We checked the room out it was beautiful and could barely smell the smoking odor. Febreeze took out what was left. Great staff. And the breakfast was pretty good.

Best Western, Bastrop LA

I have stayed her a couple times while on business. It's the closest place to stay when working in Crossett, AR. They have clean rooms, very comfortable, with wired and wireless Internet access in the rooms. There is also a shared computer with a printer in the lobby that anyone can use. The only vending machines are soda - no snacks, etc. and the pool is outdoors. Continental breakfast is limited but OK in a pinch. Overall a decent place to stay and rates are reasonable. I'll stay there again...
