Bathroom floor and tub were dirty. One of the 3 lights in the room did not work and the phone was out. The pool was a dirty mess. They were pet friendly. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but I was chewed out by the head of housekeeping when I asked for a late checkout.They picked up our used towels the first day and when I asked for replacements the next day so I could take a shower (3 times) I was told either that they didn’t have enough or I would have to to call the front (phone is out). I will probably sleep in my car before I stay there again.

I like the easy access to the motel from the interstate.the room had a smoker smell,I requested non-smoking.very little to no toilet tissue,2 small towels,stained bed cover,cigarette burns in bed cover and table stand,people’s speeding through the parking lot,poor assistance while checking in,I was denied reservation upon arrival,I later return after talking to Travelocity and I was given a jeep to the room.I will not recommend the motel to anyone especially my friends that’s a commercial driver.the mattress is worn out,dirty towels was found in the closet on the floor,I didn’t open the refrigerator afraid of what it would smell or like like on the inside.I rate this motel at a NEGATIVE!!!!!!
